Chris has 30+ years of diverse investment banking experience, having structured and executed various private placements, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Securities. He has been executing fund placements in a boutique environment since 2001 and is responsible for leading the firm’s sales and distribution processes where he has represented $29B+ across 60+ completed private placements. Chris received his B.A. magna cum laude from Bowdoin College. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French.
